His name was James Arthur Utpadel. He was born in Ashland, WI on March 22, 1938 and he died in Rochester, MN on January 20, 2018.
He was a wanderer and always wanted to go see new places, then he'd want us all to live there. He became a pastor when he was about 50 years old, which was a good fit because he always cared a lot about people.
